We’re looking for an experienced Family Lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join our growing team at Wadsworths Solicitors, primarily based in our Henley in Arden office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys family law and wants to play a key role in growing and shaping the department. You’ll be working alongside a supportive, friendly team in a firm that values approachability just as much as legal expertise.

The role

You’ll manage your own caseload of family matters, supporting clients through what are often some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Our clients value clear advice, empathy and reassurance – we pride ourselves on being a personable, down-to-earth firm that supports our clients’ when they need it most.

As the department continues to grow, you’ll also be encouraged to get involved in raising the profile of the family team and building strong local relationships.

About you

• 5+ years PQE in family law
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Approachable, empathetic and client-focused
• Interested in helping to grow a department and contribute to marketing and networking activity
• A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive firm

Full-time or part-time hours will be considered.
