"Challenging, but Alex got us over the line!
Despite quite a number of unexpected difficulties in our small chain and the challenges continually thrown at us, Alex dealt with them efficiently and got us to completion. Several months into the process and we became aware that not all legal conveyancing services are equal and certainly don't have Alex's depth of experience and knowledge, or professionalism. At times we felt distraught and dismayed with others legal teams inefficiencies and demands, and lack of progress. However, Alex resolved the issues and calmed our fears the chain was going to collapse, and we got there (here) in the end ;o) We had no doubts about this, as we have used Alex as our conveyancing solicitor several times before, but even she found it challenging this time around. House buying and selling is certainly not for the feint hearted, and professional, calm guidance and re-assurance was necessary and was always there with Alex."
