“On the completion of our 2nd requirement of a need for a solicitor (the 1st in 2017) it proved, again, to be a very good decision. At the meeting to discuss our requirements we were greeted by Michael Wadsworth, and it felt like we were in the company of an old acquaintance, friendly easy general chit chat then we had Michael’s professional side where he explained in great detail what we were asking for. The drafts arrived and with all the legal wording left us a bit lacking in understanding, so we wrote down a series of questions that we could ask before signing the required documents.
