Victoria joined Wadsworths Solicitors in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of legal industry experience and a dynamic skill set that spans marketing, business management, and HR.

As the driving force behind our marketing strategy, Victoria ensures that Wadsworths remains highly visible across Birmingham, Solihull, Tamworth, and Henley. From digital campaigns to community engagement, she plays a key role in strengthening our brand and connecting with clients.

Beyond marketing, Victoria oversees HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent while supporting the team with day-to-day people management.

Passionate about giving back, she also leads our corporate social responsibility initiatives, championing local charities and community events across all our offices. Her dedication to both the firm and the wider community makes her an invaluable part of the Wadsworths team.
