Wadsworths Solicitors are recruiting for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to support our busy Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Department at our Shirley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
🔹Role Overview:
• Provide general administrative support to the Wills and LPA team.
• Assist with file opening, document preparation, and scanning/filing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with client enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files are kept up to date.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
🔹What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous administrative experience (legal experience is desirable but not essential).
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
✅ A professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients.
✅ A proactive and reliable team player.
