Wadsworths Solicitors are proud to announce that they have been approved as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
We have proved our suitability for the change following an intense assessment period over recent months.
As a result of becoming an ABS, Wadsworths are able to offer a wider array of client services and open up the possibility of investment, together with the appointment of Directors, from those who are non-solicitors.
Managing Director John Wadsworth said the announcement was a ‘major step forward at a time of positive changes within the company’, adding that Wadsworths would be announcing several further developments over the coming months.
Alexandra Tait, Director, said: “becoming an ABS will no doubt strengthen our legal offering and continue to build on our already strong reputation in the West Midlands area and beyond”
Wadsworths have been based in Shirley, Solihull for over 32 years, growing from a small family firm opened in 1986 to the bustling practice it is today. They are able to assist with multiple areas of law including commercial property, dispute resolution, family law, residential conveyancing and probate matters.
