Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking to join a well-established, supportive firm? Wadsworths Solicitors is seeking a dedicated professional with at least 5 years of experience to join our busy Conveyancing team at our Shirley Head Office on a full-time basis.
🔹 Role Overview:
• Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a busy conveyancing team.
• Assist with a high-volume caseload, ensuring files progress smoothly to completion.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues when required.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in case management systems and legal document preparation.
