Are you an experienced Probate Practitioner or Fee Earner looking to join a well-established, supportive firm? Wadsworths Solicitors is seeking a dedicated professional with at least 5 years of experience to join our growing Wills and Probate team and working at our Shirley and Henley-in-Arden Offices on a full-time basis.

🔹 Role Overview:
• Manage a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish.
• Provide expert advice on estate administration, Wills, and inheritance matters.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with professionalism and empathy.
• Draft legal documents, including Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling probate matters in a legal environment.
• A strong understanding of estate administration and relevant legislation.
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a caseload independently and work efficiently under pressure.
• A qualification as a solicitor, legal executive, or an experienced fee earner in probate.
