🔹 Role Overview:
• Provide general administrative support to various departments.
• File, scan, and manage important documents.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing post.
• Answer phone calls and direct enquiries where necessary.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
