The team got back to me straight away to book an appointment, outlining the fees and documentation that I would need. The appointment went really well - the team were welcoming and my solicitor was really friendly, immediately putting me at ease as making a Will can be quite daunting. Michael was professional and swift - I had a draft copy of my Will emailed to me within the week and this correctly expressed my wishes.
