I love Wadsworths Solicitors! This is the second time in 12 months that they have represented us in a dispute and helped us retrieve monies that are rightfully ours. This time it was a supplier that thought it could simply impose a levy on venue hire after an event and retain a deposit which we paid in good faith. A few years ago I would have let something like this slide thinking that we can't go up against a large organisation. No matter the sums in question, the fact is when you are right, you are right and the law should be there to back you up.
