Prior to joining Wadsworths in November 2020, Rachel gained experience working at a long-standing High-Street firm in Sutton Coldfield covering a broad range of fields.
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015, Rachel specialised in all aspects of Family Law. Rachel is experienced in dealing with matrimonial breakdown including divorce and finances, non-molestation and occupation order applications and private law children matters. Rachel has dealt with complex matters including parental alienation, allegations of sexual abuse, international relocation and has successfully responded to an appeal to the Royal Courts of Justice in a complex private law matter (RJ v CM [2018] EWHC 2509 (Fam)).
More recently, Rachel has joined the Probate team at Wadsworths and is accepting instructions in respect of administering estates following the death of a loved one and preparing Last Power of Attorneys.
