Introducing our new Business Manager

Wadsworths Solicitors are delighted to announce that Victoria Hicks has been named as the firm’s Business Manager, assisting the Board of Directors with the day-to-day running of the firm

Since Victoria joined the family-run firm in 2017, first as a marketing executive and then as their regional marketing manager, staff numbers have more than doubled with two new offices opening in Henley-in-Arden and Tamworth, alongside the firm’s head office in Shirley.

Victoria’s promotion to Business Manager comes during an exciting time for Wadsworths, which has seen rapid expansion across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire in recent years in order to meet demand.

Victoria said: “I am extremely proud to have been asked to take on this role at what is proving to be a positive and exciting time for us. Everyone I speak to knows my passion for Wadsworths, our amazing team and the high-quality legal services we offer, so being more actively involved in the firm’s operations, assisting the Board of Directors is a dream come true.”
